Our client is a fast growing, international company which active in many economy sectors. With a global presence, it develops and distributes IT systems for the healthcare and defense industries, among others.

Das Aufgabengebiet

Become part of the local management team with responsibility for legal, IT and finance. 
  • You will be responsible for "Contract Management", where you will be in charge of managing and implementing contractual, legal and business-related issues in compliance with Group guidelines and German laws and regulations. 
  • You are the first point of contact for external service providers such as banks and insurance companies as well as for internal interfaces such as Group Finance and HR.
  • You provide support in identifying risks and solutions in invitations to tender, reviewing offers and negotiating contracts with customers. 
  • In coordination with controlling and project managers, you negotiate and correct contracts and licenses. 
  • You will act as office manager and ensure a good working atmosphere and efficient office environment.

Das Anforderungsprofil

  • You have a very good degree in business law, business administration or comparable qualification and at least 5 years of professional experience in a similar position. 
  • You have experience in German contract law and are not afraid to conduct negotiations with clients. 
  • In addition, you have experience in the public sector (e.g. as a consultant or in sales with this industry).
  • Your commercial mindset helps you to quickly understand and control business processes. 
  • You have an affinity for numbers, have already had contact with the finance sector and can act as an operational and strategic interface between different departments. 
  • You round off your profile with good IT skills and a business-fluent command of English.
