  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers and partners to ensure long-term cooperation
  • Negotiating contracts, prices and conditions to achieve the best added value for the company
  • Developing and implementing procurement strategies that are in line with the company's objectives
  • Proactively support a region in Europe and its teams in strategic sourcing and supplier relations
  • Evaluating and updating the category management strategy for some of the product groups
  • Conduct market analyses and monitor market trends, new products, technologies and supplier capabilities to identify potential sourcing opportunities
  • Liaising with the marketing and sales teams of the various companies to develop effective promotional campaigns
  • Supporting cross-divisional projects, e.g. in the area of sustainability

Das Anforderungsprofil

  • Successfully completed commercial training in wholesale and foreign trade, industry or a bachelor's degree in business administration, purchasing or a related field
  • You are an expert in HVAC, alternatively also in technical insulation
  • Proven experience of at least 8 years in the field with international interfaces
  • Strong negotiation, analysis and problem-solving skills
  • Team player with strong communication and relationship management skills
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, cross-functional and international environment
  • Profound knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Power BI, PowerPoint, ERP systems and data analysis tools
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of Spanish is currently also very exciting, as this is a new strong upcoming market
  • Proactive, service-orientated and independent way of working
  • Willingness to travel regularly within Europe (approx. 30%)
